We usually answer within two or three days. If you have not heard back after a week, it is worth resending — mail does occasionally get swallowed.

Reporting a problem

Almost every issue turns out to be tied to one specific file or browser. If you can include these, we can normally reproduce it on the first try:

• Browser and version (for example Chrome 153 on Windows)
• The image format and roughly how large it is (PNG, 4000×3000, 8 MB)
• How you were splitting it (columns, rows, grid, or exact pixels)
• What you expected, and what actually happened

Do not attach the image itself unless you are happy to share it — describing it is usually enough, and this tool exists precisely so that images do not have to be sent anywhere.
