Privacy Policy

The short version: your images are never uploaded. Splitting happens inside your own browser, so we never receive, see or store your files.
What we collect
- Your images — nothing. The split is done by your browser using a canvas. Files are not sent over the network, not saved on a server, and not backed up anywhere. There is no server-side processing at all.
- Account details — none. There is no sign-up, no login and no profile, so we have no name, password or email attached to your use of the tool.
- Email — only if you write to us. If you contact us, we have the message and the address you sent it from, and we use them only to reply.
What is recorded automatically
Our host, Cloudflare, writes the standard request log that any website produces: IP address, browser and device, the page requested, the time, and the referring page. We use these logs to keep the site online, spot abuse and fix errors. We do not combine them with anything else, and we do not build advertising profiles from them.
Cloudflare Web Analytics and performance monitoring
Our pages load Cloudflare's Real User Monitoring (RUM) beacon. It sends visit and browser performance measurements to Cloudflare so we can understand page usage, identify slow loading or interactions, and improve reliability. This is performance and usage measurement, not advertising tracking. Image files selected in the tool are not part of this measurement and are not uploaded for splitting.
Measurements can include the page and referring URL, browser and device category, page-load timings, and interaction or layout metrics. The beacon uses temporary information from browser performance APIs; it does not use cookies or read localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. Cloudflare says its RUM service discards the source IP address at the nearest data center and does not retain it in RUM core databases or logs. This is separate from ordinary hosting and security request handling.
Cloudflare processes the measurements and makes visit and performance statistics available to us. Processing may occur outside your country. See Cloudflare's data collection documentation and RUM data processing and privacy information. We do not use these measurements to build advertising profiles.
Cookies
The image-splitting tool itself sets no cookies, and Cloudflare RUM is cookieless. The Corel affiliate banner described below is a separate advertising integration. CJ and the advertiser may use cookies or similar technologies for advertising measurement and purchase attribution, subject to your browser settings and their policies. We do not describe affiliate advertising as cookieless performance monitoring.
Affiliate advertising and links
The homepage displays an official Corel affiliate banner supplied through CJ. If you buy through that link, we may earn a commission. The banner is labelled Advertisement, with a disclosure next to it.
Displaying the banner requests its image from www.tqlkg.com. Clicking it uses www.dpbolvw.net before reaching Corel. CJ receives network and browser information for these requests, which can include IP address, browser information, referring URL, and impression or click information. CJ may use cookies or similar technologies to measure referrals and attribute purchases. See CJ's Services Privacy Notice for its processing and privacy choices. Corel's privacy policy applies when you visit its site.
Your selected images and the pieces you create are not sent to CJ or Corel by this integration. Splitting remains local to your browser. Affiliate advertising is separate from Cloudflare's cookieless RUM service.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Cloudflare provides our hosting, delivery and security services, as well as the visit and performance measurement described above. These services process the data needed for those purposes; RUM is not an advertising service.
How long things are kept
- Images: never received, so there is nothing to keep.
- Server logs: held by our host under its own retention window, then discarded.
- Visit and performance statistics: Cloudflare controls retention under its service policies. RUM source IP addresses are handled as described above.
- Emails: kept as long as needed to deal with your message, then deleted.
Children
This site is a general-purpose tool and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If any of this changes, this page changes with it. The date at the top always shows the current version.
